Peter formed Ashridge in 1981 after a career in civil engineering with national and regional contractors.   His role is one of leadership, direction and motivation to guide the Company through its strategic growth in existing and new areas of work.
 Nick Shires Deputy Managing Director Ashridge

Deputy Managing Director

Nick joined Ashridge in 2004 as Deputy Managing Director.  He was previously Operations Director with a national contractor.  His responsibility is to secure and oversee the successful delivery of contracts.
Chris Jones Director Ashridge

Company Secretary

Chris is Company Secretary and a founding director of Ashridge in 1981. Her role is to oversee the financial control, strategy and growth of the business.

Clive Mills Business Development Manager

Business Development Executive

Clive joined Ashridge four years ago to develop existing and introduce new business sectors together with fostering client relationships. Previously Managing Director of Associated Asphalt and a former Chairman of CECA (Southern) and the ICE (Thames Valley) he has through his experience in the industry maintained a great interest in understanding the needs of clients and expressing these within the construction cycle.

Non-Executive Director

Brian joined Ashridge in 2003 as Non Executive Director.  He has 40 years experience in Civil Engineering culminating in 10 years with a National contractor as a Group MD responsible for a £165m turnover.  Brian brings an independent view to make an objective and constructive contribution towards the effective direction of the company.
