Ashridge is a leading multi-disciplined and forward-thinking Civil Engineering and Construction Contractor serving clients in the public and private sector throughout the UK with a reputation for the highest standards of quality, safety and investment in its staff. Due to a number of significant contract wins we are looking for EXPERIENCED and MOTIVATED QUANTITY SURVEYORS:

• Reporting to Commercial Manager with the ability to interact with the project team.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident negotiator who commands the respect of both colleagues and the clients team.
• Ability to organise your own workload and the skills necessary to protect the commercial interests of the company.
• Background with a contractor in civil engineering and construction, you will be capable of ensuring the commercial success of your projects ranging in value from £40,000 to £10m.
• The position is project based and you will be familiar with ECC, ICE and JCT forms of contract and competent in handling your projects to avoid disputes.
• Degree qualification is preferable but not essential and evidence of continued professional development will impress
