Following on from two previous successful projects completed for Willmott Dixon, Ashridge was appointed to construct the substructures, reinforced concrete retaining walls and mezzanine floors at three different levels for the high profile Guildford Civic Hall development.

The external works include an 86 space surface car park, section 278 access works off the busy London Road together with all hard landscaping surrounding the building.
