This project was part of the Primary Expansion Programme in the Borough of Kingston upon Thames which in turn formed part of the Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE) framework.

Ashridge worked at 5 schools in the borough; St Pauls Junior School, Grand Avenue Primary School, Alexandra Infants School, Ellingham Primary School and St Matthews Primary School. 

Works included general groundworks, alterations to school buildings and new build.
